1. Getting started

MeowSage is a focused sales cockpit: a single page where you keep your customer base, pipeline and call notes in one AI-ready workspace.

Your first run, in three steps:

  • Open the VIEWSales cockpit and confirm you can see the customer table.
  • Use the Search bar to find a company or email and click the row to open the right-hand customer detail.
  • Click the WeNotes icon in that row to open your floating note panel and type your first note.

From here, you can use filters, pools and KPI cards to focus on the slice of the customer base you care about this week.

2. Customer base & pools

The Customer base card is your unified list of accounts and contacts. Each row represents a customer with company info, key contact, product focus and engagement status.

Views & pools

  • All customers – full workspace view.
  • My pool – accounts owned by you (pool MY).
  • Shared – team-shared accounts that several sellers may touch.
  • Public – open pool for discovery, prospecting and routing.

Use the BTNMove to pool ▾ control to batch-move selected customers between pools. This not only updates the column, it also keeps the view filters in sync.

Filters & search

  • Use the top search box to find by company, contact, email, phone or source.
  • Open Filters to slice by country, status, source or owner.
  • Combine a pool view, filters and a KPI card for very narrow focus (for example: My pool + HOT status + Pipeline KPI).
Tip: row numbers on the far left are page-relative (1–10 / 1–20 etc.), which makes it easier to refer to “row 3” during a team review.

3. WeNotes & privacy

WeNotes is stored locally in your browser only.

WeNotes is a floating scratch pad attached to each customer. Use it for call notes, meeting summaries and next steps.

How it behaves

  • Notes are saved to your browser’s local storage, per customer ID.
  • No WeNotes content is sent to MeowSage servers.
  • Auto-save kicks in ~800 ms after you stop typing.
  • The glowing WeNotes icon in the table reflects note “attention level” (length-based tiers).

Floating panel controls

  • Drag the header to move the panel; it snaps neatly to screen edges.
  • Hover near the left/right/bottom edges to resize the panel.
  • Double-click the header to reset to the default size and position.
  • Use the footer tool buttons (Attachment, Voice memo, Extract text, Camera, Event) as placeholders for upcoming features.
If you clear browser storage or switch browsers/devices, your WeNotes will not follow – they are intentionally local for privacy.

4. KPI cards & AI insights

The KPI cards at the top of the cockpit are not just summaries – each card can directly filter the customer table underneath.

KPI cards

  • Customer coverage – counts all customers in states WARM, HOT or WON.
  • Pipeline – focuses on open opportunities (WARM + HOT).
  • Revenue pulse – closed-won deals for the current month.
  • MeowSage insights – highlights high-potential and at-risk accounts.

How filtering works

  • Click a card once to activate a filter and highlight the card.
  • Click the same card again to turn the filter off.
  • KPI filters combine with your pool view and dropdown filters.

Insights panel

  • High-potential customers – high scores (≥ 70) in WARM/HOT states.
  • No recent contact – customers without a last contact date.
  • At risk – HOT customers that do not have a next follow-up scheduled.
Future versions will surface more granular AI suggestions directly in the “MeowSage assistant” block inside customer detail.

5. Languages & UI

Use the Language dropdown in the top bar to switch UI text into your preferred language. This affects labels, tooltips and docs entries that support localisation.

The underlying customer data (company names, notes, emails) is not translated – MeowSage leaves your operational data exactly as entered.

6. Tips & shortcuts

7. FAQ

Q: Why is my customer table empty?

A: Make sure you are on All customers view and that filters are cleared. If your workspace is new, you may need to import or sync customers first.

Q: I changed browser and my WeNotes disappeared.

A: WeNotes are stored locally for privacy. They do not sync between devices or browsers in this preview version.

Q: Can I export customers?

A: Yes – use the Export selected or Export all buttons below the table to download a CSV snapshot of your customers.
